looking good, what are the chances of this making it to pugfest? I'd love to see it go up the hill

whens pugfest? ill probably be taking it to santapod for its first run (just because its straight and easy so dont have to worry about anything apart from getting it to run right) and then if all is well ill take it to a sprint track.

long time no seabass.

do not worry, I have not given up, just been moving house and stuff so bit hectic.

I have done a few bits and bobs as and when I can.

- brake pedal pivot position adjusted for higher pedal ratio (was struggling to stop her without a servo)

- painted the floor inside the car with straight to rust paint to cover a few surface rust spots.

- foam sound proofed the floor

- carpeted the floor

- finished wiring including dash, boost gauge, fan switch, all lights, ecu, etc. This is ALL brand new wiring including the looms.

heres a few pics for you :)

Anyone fancy buying this?

I have no spare time any more with work and new house.

I'd rather sell it whole but may look into splitting it if no interest.

After £3000 for it

Sorry to hear that buddy! and sorry to be a vulture but I'd be interested in a few bits if you split it.

me too but I am buying a house so need all the money I can get.

not had much interest in splitting it but I suppose it depends what/how much you want.

the car as a whole is still for sale for £3000, its cost me well over double this, maybe even triple.

Just a bit of an update guys. I decided not to sell this in the end as I have put too much money into it. So last year at xmas I removed the engine again and shoved her in the garage.

this last week I have just started getting her road worthy again. B-)

Replaced drop links, arb bushes, track rod ends, cleaned up some rust patches and painted it all up so it looks nice, new bakerbm group n engine mounts, grp n fork bush, third buffer added to drivers side engine mount.

Also invested in a new walbro 255 fuel pump and an uprated intercooler to allow for some more power to be squeezed.

Hopefully engine is going back in tomorrow and then shes ready for Mot ;)
