Ok thanks for the info, they still haven't called back or emailed so will ring again Monday. Did you buy a new front bumper miles1234? if so where and how much?

Unfortunately rot like that is not unusual , you can make up a repair patch for the inner wing and start looking for a passenger side headlamp panel .
I have not bought new front or rear bumpers , have had to settle for regular 'back to black' treatments .

Always nice to see a new project pop up, the rust is a bit of a bugger but you should be able to get a decent repair job done there. Hopefully we can look forward to reading some regular updates?
